Leek Pork Sausages

It is made from 90% pure pork with fresh leek, which gives it its distinctive aroma and its characteristic, full flavour. During smoking the sausage is hung in a dedicated oven and naturally smoked over beech wood with aromatic herbs, taking on a rich aroma and a balanced character.
