Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
This website collects personal data only when you fill in the contact form:
- Full name — required
- Email — required, so that we can reply
- Company name — optional
- Phone — optional
- The text of your message
Nothing else. There is no user account, no shopping basket, and we never ask for payment details.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry and, where it leads there, to take the preparatory steps of a business relationship. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it.
We do not use your details for marketing messages, and we neither sell them nor pass them to third parties for their own purposes.
Where it goes
Your message reaches info@paterakisfamily.gr as an email. Two providers are involved along the way, acting solely as processors on our behalf:

Transmission is encrypted.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and, if a business relationship follows, for its duration and for the periods required by tax and commercial law. If nothing follows, we delete the message.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. It does not recognise you from one visit to the next and builds no user profile.
The fonts are served from this site itself and disclose your address to nobody.
Visitor statistics
We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, on every page. The tool sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser — no local storage, no identifier of any kind.
As each page loads, your browser connects to servers operated by Cloudflare, Inc. and discloses your IP address, your browser type and the page you came from. Cloudflare uses the IP address to determine a country and to tell visits apart; it does not disclose it to us. We see totals only: how many views each page had, from which country and from which kind of device.

One exception: the map on the contact page. It is an embedded Google map. When it loads, your browser connects to servers operated by Google LLC and discloses your IP address, your browser type and the page you came from; Google may set its own cookies. Google does this for its own purposes, not ours — we neither receive nor store any of it.
This connection is made as soon as you open the contact page, without any action on your part. Along with the map, Google also loads its own fonts from its servers.
Beyond those two — Cloudflare’s statistics on every page and Google’s map on the contact page alone — this site contacts no other third party. If you do not visit the contact page, your data never reaches Google.

Our hosting provider keeps technical logs for security and operation.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you
- rectify inaccurate details
- erase them
- restrict processing
- data portability
- object to processing
To exercise any of these, write to info@paterakisfamily.gr. We reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifissias Ave., 115 23 Athens, https://www.dpa.gr).
