Mykonos sausages are considered the finest in Greece, as they consist of 90% Fine quality pork and is a gluten-free product. A wonderful sausage that we use the mineral pink Himalayan salt to prepare. Its special taste is due to the rich spices and the oregano and considered an exquisite meze for ouzo.
