Paterakis S.A. is a strong, dynamic, family-run company from Crete. Our core business is the processing, standardisation and trade of fresh and frozen meats and meat preparations – work that draws its inspiration from the natural beauty of Crete. Alongside this, we craft local, traditional products that stay every bit as pure and homemade as they have always been. Because we remain a family business, we keep complete control over every stage of how our products are made. Today, from modern, state-of-the-art facilities, we operate an FSSC 22000, HACCP and ISO 22000 quality-management system, with a single overriding priority: the safety of our food at every step of production.
