The excellent Cretan Roman red wine Brusco and the combination with wild Cretan herbs such as thyme and oregano offering a product of rich flavor and unique aroma. It consists of 80% Fine quality pork and is a gluten-free product. A wonderful sausage that we use the mineral pink Himalayan salt to prepare.
