The farmer's sausage, also called country sausage, is known for its traditional taste because it’s made from the finest pieces of pork and herbs from the local land. Their unique taste is mainly due to the type of smoking. When smoking it’s hung in a special oven, where it’s smoked in beech wood and with special aromatic plants such as sage, thyme and oregano.
